Both are great options and suit different purposes. Kalm Pod Plunge is great for those with a smaller budget and less frequent users. First timers will love the Plunge. The Pro-One is a little more durable. The Pro-One also suits those who are in need of more space (6'3 and over should select this unit). It also suits those who prefer a quicker (or even more permanent) setup and more sturdy solid option.

Kalm cold therapy options are made for dual purposes - They can be used as permanent setups, or they can be portable and pack down when needed. The design itself is made for a more upright application and it looks great in any space.

We offer FREE and fast shipping all over Australia. We aim to have your ice bath delivered within 3-8 days (remote areas might take a little longer). For items which are out of stock, please be aware of pre-order timings also.

Cleaning the Kalm Pod's are relatively easy and generally require little maintenance. Use simple soaps and not too abrasive brushes. For semi-permanent setups, you should be changing your water every 3-4 weeks. Although many people prefer to do this more frequently, which is fine too. Temperatures should range between 3°c and 15°c. When starting out, we recommend applications to the higher temperature range and slowly moving to the colder temperatures over time.

If it's your first time in an Ice Bath, we recommend you attempt to achieve 120 seconds immersed in the water and slowly progress from there. We don't recommend you do sessions longer than 15 minutes. But listen to your body, don't push it too far. The current science suggests a total of 11 minutes per week is sufficient to see results.
